Austrian rated heat conductivity value. This value is to be used for thermal performance calculations (energy performance certificates, etc.).

The rated heat conductivity value is determined from the fractile value (50% fractile) of the measured heat conductivities (?10tr) multiplied by the conversion factor for the moisture content Fm, based on the state of equilibrium for humidity at 23°C and 80% relative atmospheric humidity corresponding to ÖNORM B 6015-2, table 2.
