Exception: Boric acid and borates are admissible up to the specific concentration limits that have been defined for labelling in the CLP Regulation, Regulation (EC) No 790/2009. This corresponds to 5.5% by weight for boric acid (CAS: 10043-35-3) and 8.5% by weight for borax decahydrate (CAS: 1303-96-4).
