Variant Q3_110 is intended for cladded wall structures, while Q3_123 features a factory-finished exposed wood surface. Both types include vertical service channels for easy routing of electrical and plumbing lines and can be upgraded to achieve fire resistance ratings of up to REI 90. Typical wall heights start at 2.50 m, with custom elements available up to 5.00 m. | ||
